FCR is looking for full-time Customer Services Representatives in Independence, OR. You might have driven past our building located at 1399 Monmouth Street and wondered what we do.
When customers call their Insurance Company, Healthcare Provider or Travel & Hospitality Industry, they are actually calling FCR. We help people by answering questions, processing transactions, and providing problem resolution to their issues and concerns! We provide awesome customer service on behalf of the big companies you deal with every day.
