Job Description

FCR is looking for full-time Customer Services Representatives in Independence, OR. You might have driven past our building located at 1399 Monmouth Street and wondered what we do.

When customers call their Insurance Company, Healthcare Provider or Travel & Hospitality Industry, they are actually calling FCR. We help people by answering questions, processing transactions, and providing problem resolution to their issues and concerns! We provide awesome customer service on behalf of the big companies you deal with every day.

We go beyond solving problems and answering questions.  We provide each customer with a memorable experience. We are an exceptional team of colleagues looking for other self-motivated differentiators who are interested in providing exceptional service to our customers.

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 18 years of age or older.
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Strong computer skills.

  • The ability to work in a team environment.

  • A friendly personality that enjoys assisting customers.

  • Consistently good attendance and availability.

  • To be open to change, feedback, coaching, and development
