Job Description

The Team Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of their assigned team. The Team Supervisor’s primary objective is ensuring employee satisfaction while balancing client needs and managing the Core Values and profitability of the Company. 

  • Reports directly to the Operations or Program Manager
  • Interactis and maintains constant communication of client needs, wants, concerns and plans to team members
  • Maintains constant communication of employee needs, wants and concerns to the Operations or Program Manager
  • Attends weekly meetings to discuss current trends, quality, upcoming events, project planning, and current project status
  • Proactively communicates new ideas and wins to the Operations/Program Manager
  • Directs important client milestones/needs with their team to assure timely compliance
  • Is responsible for managing a team of representatives:
  • Holds monthly One-on-One meetings to discuss individual performance and career goals
  • Provides training and mentoring to ensure success in the rep role and development toward the next level of management
  • Provides coaching, counseling and feedback on performance
  • Recommends and delivers disciplinary action
  • Tracks and documents employee performance
  • Pre-approves any time off requests
  • Creates daily/weekly/monthly reports on team performance - sends results to all levels within the organization
  • Assists all representatives with challenging customer contacts - is a point of contact for escalated situations
  • Monitors attendance throughout the day
  • Is responsible for being on call for staffing issues on a rotating basis
  • Must assist employees with problem solving to avoid attendance infractions

Experience and Skills


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Sound organizational skills
  • Capacity to multi-task
  • Proficiency to follow direction without close supervision
  • Aptitude to train and mentor individuals and/or a group
  • Capable to adapt to an ever-changing environment
